Louise Russell

Louise Russell is the publisher for Bateman Books. She is responsible for sourcing and signing authors for their diverse publishing programme, which ranges from adult fiction, to illustrated non-fiction, to biographies and children's books. She has had 25 years in the book publishing industry, both in-house and as a freelance editor. She loves to read (of course) and to cook, and lives in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland with her husband and two children. Her father's family are originally from Northland, and her grandma, Kitty Armstrong, is buried in the Kerikeri Cemetery.
