1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. We operate a no-refund policy, including for non-attendance or cancellations due to personal circumstances.

• Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another person. Please ensure the new ticket holder has a copy of the confirmation email or ticket for entry. 

• 🛑 Important: Workshop tickets are only valid with a General Festival Pass.
  If you haven’t purchased a General Admission ticket, your workshop booking may be cancelled and refunded.

• 👉 Please ensure you’ve booked your Main Event ticket first before selecting workshops.

2. Payment

• Payment for tickets can be made via Visa or Mastercard through our secure online payment portal.

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes.

3. Event Changes

• The Festival reserves the right to make changes to the programme, venue, or schedule. Any updates will be posted on our website and, where applicable, communicated via email to ticket holders.

4. Entry Conditions

• Ticket holders must comply with all event rules and any instructions from Festival staff or venue personnel.

• The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5. Liability

• The Festival is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the event, except where caused by the negligence of the organisers.

6. Inclusion and Respect

This festival is about connection, creativity, and inclusion. We are committed to providing a safe space. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and welcomed.

• We do not tolerate hate speech of any kind based on gender, race, politics, religion, sexuality, or background.

• This includes individuals representing or presenting at our festival, including all forms of online posts, and messages in social media.

• Discriminatory, abusive, or intimidating behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event and may impact future participation.

7. Privacy

• Any personal information collected via this website is used solely for ticketing, communication, and event updates. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill ticketing services.
