Syrai (Tahiti, Cook Islands, Tonga, Australia, NZ Pakeha) has been part of bookstagram and Booktok as @raisbookclub for 2 and a half years. Her favourite part of bookish social media has been connecting with the bookish community all over the world, particularly other Moana peoples in Aotearoa. She often attends meet-ups in different cities or organises catch ups with bookish friends.
